Job description - Roles and Responsibilities
To execute the lining up meetings for senior staff, and ensuring smooth office operations at Front office Admin. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and have excellent communication skills.
- Greet and assist visitors and clients, ensuring they are properly attended to and the office environment remains professional.
- Organize and schedule meetings for senior executives, including coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, sending invitations, and preparing meeting materials.
- Manage daily office operations, including handling courier, stationery, petty cash, and ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed on time.
- Assist the BD team in managing follow-up activities and ensuring timely communication.
- Order office supplies, printed materials, and stationery as needed, ensuring inventory is well-maintained.
- Coordinate and assist in organizing internal and external office events, meetings, and conferences.
- Ensure proper handling of incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, faxes, and emails.
- Manage general office administrative duties, including coordinating with vendors for repairs and maintenance of office areas.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the office environment by liaising with cleaning and maintenance staff.
Qualification - B.Com in Commerce, MBA/PGDM in Any Specialization
