Job description - Roles and Responsibilities
- Analysis of counter party credit risk;
- Analysis ofthe companies past and future Financial Statements;
- To carry out industry study and prepare industry research report;
- Undertake peer benchmarking studies;
- Meetings with company management, auditors, bankers and other lenders;
- To do field and factory visits;
- To recommend the credit rating and/or grading;
- Presenting the rating/grading proposal to the Rating Committee;
- Preparation of rating rationale
- Rating migration studies pertaining areas of work;
- To maintain MIS pertaining to the relevant areas of work.
Qualification - MBA/PGDM in Finance, CA in Any Specialization
